As soon as I received review code for Super Mario Maker, I knew what had to be done: Publicly excoriate myself for my utter lack of game design savvy. So please enjoy The Daily Mario, a (hopefully) daily series wherein I will attempt to use Super Mario Maker to create fun action game stages, then dissect the reasons why I have failed to achieve that ambition.
