It says “part one,” but I make no promises as to a continuation of this. GameSpite, however, is back. Starting next week, I guess. Maybe.
For those just tuning in, Igor’s previous misanthropy and his antagonistic relationship with EIC Samantha are available in the archives.
Wonders what ever brought out your inner-Seuss…
I feel that, in many ways, GameSpite never left.
there should probably be more of this.
That is because GameSpite surrounds us. It penetrates us. It binds the galaxy together.
I do enjoy GameSpite.
Welcome home, Gamespite!
Congratulations!
Congratulations!
Congratulations!
Is he still seeing “Peach”?
That there is funnay
Nice inks. What kind of brush did you use?
Cranky beings are we, not this crude matter… oh wait.
Glad to see Gamespite back again… who-hoo!
“That is because GameSpite surrounds us. It penetrates us. It binds the galaxy together.”
I can just picture Enrique Iglesias delivering those lines in Once Upon a Time in Mexico.
Are diamond and pearl butter side up and butter side down, then?
I liked this a lot.
I’m unfamiliar with this Gamespite character. Is there an archive where one can be brought up to speed on his misadventures so far?
“I can just picture Enrique Iglesias delivering those lines in Once Upon a Time in Mexico.”
Try Alec, uh, Baldwin. No, that’s not right. Never mind.
Old-school GameSpite is at: http://www.gamespite.net/toastywiki/index.php/Site/Gamespite. Or you could click the “gamespite” category tag beneath the entry.
I did not use a brush for inks; I used a wonderful Mitsubishi pen I discovered at the Kinokuniya stationery store in Japantown. I would give you the model number but I don’t know it and can’t read the fancy kanji calligraphy down the side.
Wonderful
This is a good… webcomic! I would enjoy more.
Is the font getting all changy for some reason?
If you mean the font in the comic, yes, because it’s part of the graphic and is meant to resemble a children’s book.
Also, wasn’t the last Atomiswave game…Fist of the North Star by Sega Sammy/Arc Systems?
“That is because GameSpite surrounds us. It penetrates us. It binds the galaxy together.” Spitei-chlorians?
Toasty-chlorians.
So is the woman Sam Kennedy? I’m confused.
(PS. so awesome to have it back)
Sam Kennedy, a woman? What a strange idea. No, that’s Samantha Roosevelt. Not the same person at all.
you mean samantha cameron, right? or was her desk plate wrong?
“That is because GameSpite surrounds us. It penetrates us. It binds the galaxy together.”
This is obviously talking about bacon.
Maybe Sam got married.
Between the attitude and the haircut, it’s not hard to imagine this is a grown-up Rorita.
Except for the whole “Not being Japanese” thing.
…hmm, never mind.
“Toasty-chlorians.” Or would that be Toasti-chlorians?
Uh… Samantha got married. Yep, that’s it.
Boy… does this ever bring back memories of the Toastyfrog site.
Oh wait. I think I get it. Toasty-chlorians are like chlorophyll that gather light much like a solar-sensor which practically spins this tangent into Lunar Knights territory. Good show. or is it?
This is an amazing comic.
