Tomm Guycot is the chief of the governors, and he's waiting for you in his desert fortress on Route 33. He also writes a bunch of articles for Talking Time, and works in the video game industry. Sometimes, late at night, if you listen to the wind, you can hear it whispering his name...
Tomm has been playing games since his mom showed him how to play Space Invaders on the Atari 2600. When the rest of his friends were getting NES's for their birthdays from their rich parents, Guycot's got him a 7800 instead. He has Commando for it. A year later they wisened up, and he's been on the right track ever since. He used to play just about everything, then moved primarily to RPG's and classic franchises on the PS1 and its ilk, and has since strayed from RPGs since there are so few that are actually worth playing. He focuses a lot on classic games and portables, but he's open to anything that's good, too. Metal Gear Solid is his favorite series.\\\
