Start by recruiting Grace Jones plus fauxhawk into your party. +3 androgyny.
Nah, my character’s default was elven Grace Jones. Too prosaic a look in Skyrim!
If Skyrim has the Dark Brotherhood you should join it.
They do give you the power armour perk…
That screenshot could just as easily be from New Vegas? Bethesda in reused assets shocker!
New Vegas was Obsidian.

Put your points into sneaking and alchemy, and run around ganking items to make into other items.
If there’s any way to make a meat dress, have Lady GAAAAHHH GAAAAHHH pimp it. If not, I guess pelts would be ok, but only if you gathered all the pelts yourself.
