I don’t know how, but I wrenched the living hell out of my back this morning, and now the act of existence is excruciating. Is this what it’s like to get old? I demand a recount. Anyway, I posted some new entries from issue 7, because doing so wasn’t any more or less painful than doing anything else tonight.
- The Game Spelunker: By Jeremy Signor. You don’t get pithy link comments for these entries.
- Slick: By Marc Host. Writing anything more than simple links would hurt too much.
- Slime: By Nich Maragos. Seriously, I’m taking an Aleve and calling it a night.
- Super Drunk: By Jake Alley. Please drop me a line if you have any spare morphine or opium. Thanks!
man I threw out my back for like a month SNEEZING. being over 30 blows. I don’t feel I had the terms adequately outlined before accepting existence.
I’ve slipped a disc twice, and I’ve never known pain like it. Whole months of life gone. If you can, get hold or either naproxen or tramadol. My doctor prescribed both to me for back pain, and they helped me greatly. Left me unable to hold a conversation, and are somewhat addictive, but you do what you have to!
Yeah, I have self-administered Aleve every 12 hours and it’s helped a bit.
I feel you should be more respectful than this of the effort your writers put into their contributions.
You’re joking, right? I could barely type last night. I made extra effort to give front-page credit to everyone rather than just posting a couple of bare links and calling it a day.
I’d suggest starting with opium; if you start developing an addiction, treat it with morphine, and if that doesn’t work, treat it with heroin. I hear that’s what they used to do around the turn of the 20th century…
But seriously, hope you feel better soon.
